As a part of client’s grievance redressal and dispute settlement mechanism, all disputes arising between the client and the Research Analyst shall, to the extent possible, be settled amicably by prompt negotiations between the parties at the earliest. SEBI Complaints Redressal System (SCORES) is an online platform for easy retrieval and tracking of complaints by investors. In case the client is not satisfied by the steps taken by the Research Analyst, they may opt to lodge complaints through SCORES. The Research Analyst will resolve complaints on a best effort basis within 21 calendar days from receipt.
If the Investor is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Market Participants, they have the option to file the complaint on the SMARTODR platform for resolution through online conciliation or arbitration.
